No Insignia Players

Where are the Insignia players?

I was in Best Buy yesterday. There where 0 players for sale. What is going on?

Hmm, not sure, I haven't heard anything about them stopping them. Did they have a display one out with the other display mp3 players?

I've been in there when they were sold out before, could that have been it?

I can't even find them on the Best Buy website. They only have the 4GB sport and the 1 & 2GB Kix.

Given that Black Friday is next week, it is very odd.

There were not even any units on the display table. Lots of Sansa, iPod, and even Zune product.
Wonder if they intended to have a new generation of players available, and had production problems?

This could be true, although I would think they would be trying to push out all the old ones on Black Friday and then bring out the new ones. I don't know.

I haven't been able to find any recent news or press releases about the Pilot or Sport lines at all.
