We're trying to play the Avatar blu-ray disk and the unit is (audibly) struggling. You can hear the motor spinning up and stopping periodically.
There is an on-screen message on Avatar disk it's self that says they are using the latest Blu-Ray technology and there may need to be an upgrade to view it properly. They suggest going here for more info:

We called the general support number but they had no answers.
So, we're just checking in to see when there will be another Blu-Ray update for the
Insignia NS-2BRDVD and all like it?
