DirecTV compatibility

Hi, the forum disccusses problems with identifying replacement REMOTE CONTROLS for Insignia products, my question is a little different.
I have the Remote Control for a 30" HD (not a Flat Panel) TV, that I believe is Model IS-TVHD30 and also have DirecTV. The problem that I have is the DirecTV manual does NOT list Insignia as a manufacturer so my question is, who manufacturers Insignias for BestBuy and/or what manufacturers "codes" should I try on the DirecTV cable box? Hi guys, I might have not stated my question / problem properly so I let me try and clarify my request which is, WHAT manufacturers codes are compatible with the Insignia REMOTE CONTROL since Insignia is NOT listed as a manufacturer in the DirecTV manual? Thank you for your help. Bob

I've been looking all around and have come up stumped. I can't seem to find any info on what codes to use with insignia remote controls, only insignia codes for other remotes.

I think you may either need to talk with the Insignia people:
