Restart slide show/NS-DPF8TR

I've just acquired a DPF which I intend to have displaying pictures during the day from morning until night. It seems that when the slide show has completed a run through the installed photos, it does not restart itself. Is this the way it is supposed to work?
I have set it to shut down at night. When it turns on in the morning will it automatically begin a new slide show from the beginning or will I have to do that manually?

I'm sorry Dave. I'm afraid I can't do that.

That's odd. I don't see any settings to specify that. The closest thing I see is the "Movie Settings" in the Settings menu. Have you made sure it's set to repeat all? Not sure that would do it, but I don't see anything about making the slideshow repeat.
Another idea, instead of doing the auto slideshow, hit "Back" until you're on the main screen, select where the photos are (internal or on an sd card) and hit the picture icon and hit play.
From what I can tell, it's supposed to automatically repeat though. Try testing with some pictures in a folder with just a few to see if it will repeat just that folder.

I put in an SD card with only 10 images and it seemed to cycle through that just fine. It's possible my problem had to do with the setting on the power saving feature. I have turned it off, so hopefully that will keep it going. Thanks.
